When will my box ship?

When you become a Subscriber, your first box will ship in 1-2 business days. Individual boxes and Shop products generally ship within 2-5 business days. Longer processing and shipping times may occur during holidays or large sales due to higher-than-normal volume.

Please note that once your credit card has been charged, we are unable to cancel or make any changes.

Monthly subscription boxes are billed on the 1st of each month and ship within the first two weeks of the month.

A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your box leaves our warehouse. Please note that the USPS website may not update the tracking numbers for up to a week especially during peak times.

Once a box has shipped, we have the exact same tracking information that is available on the USPS website. We are unable to provide arrival date, delay updates, re-route or forward your package to another address. If your box is lost in transit to a US destination (i.e. there has been no movement on the tracking for two weeks) we can file a claim with the USPS and reship your items.

If your box shows as Delivered but you did not receive it, please contact your local USPS office to ask them for the GPS scan where it was delivered. We are unable to get this information on your behalf due to USPS regulations. In the case your box is lost (no tracking updates for 2 weeks) or stolen please notify us within 14 days of delivery. We offer a one-time replacement box at 50% off.

Do you accept returns?

Due to the intimate nature of products included in our boxes we are unable to accept returns on entire boxes or individual products, even if unused once the shipping box is opened.

If you received something incorrect, please contact customer service and be ready to provide a picture of what you received in error, and we'll be happy to send you the correct item free of charge.

If you know you want to return a box or product but are unable to cancel prior to it shipping, you can refuse the USPS shipment. Simply write 'return to sender' on the unopened mailing package and give it back to the USPS driver. When we get it back, we will process your refund. Refund amount will be your purchase price minus original shipping charges, which is usually around $15. This $15 fee is applicable even if you are a subscriber and get free shipping.

How do I log into my Subscription account?

To login to your Subscription account, click LOGIN button at the top and enter your email address associated with your account. You’ll be prompted to receive a 4-digit authentication code sent via SMS or email. Once you enter that 4-digit code, you’ll be able to access your Subscription details.

When will I get billed as a Subscriber?

When you sign up as a Subscriber, you will be billed for the first box which will ship within 1-2 days of purchase. After that initial box, you will be billed on the 1st of each month and your box will ship within the first seven days of the month.

How do I cancel my Subscription?

Simply log into your Account and select Cancel My Subscription which is located under your Account Details. If you have any issues with cancellation, please email info@thefantasybox.com and we can help with the process.
