Due to the intimate nature of our Fantasy Boxes, the items within, and the products we sell in our store, we are unable to accept a return, even if unused. This policy is in effect for the health, safety, and peace of mind for our customers and our employees. You can have complete confidence that everything you receive will be brand new. If you feel you have received something in error, send us a photo of the item, and we will ship you a replacement free of charge.
If an item is found to be defective within 30 days of purchase, please contact our Customer Service Team at info@thefantasybox.com to let us know the issue. Please include as much information as possible. We are committed to respond within 24 hours.
