We're pleased to offer shipping to the 50 continuous states in the United States using the United States Postal Service (USPS). Here are the shipping terms and timelines you can expect:

Free Shipping:

  • Eligibility: Free shipping is available all orders more than $149. 
  • Destination: Free shipping is applicable to the 50 continuous states in the United States.

Shipping Timelines:

  • Order Processing: Our team works diligently to process your order. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed.

  • Estimated Delivery: The estimated delivery time for orders with free shipping is approximately 3-5 business days from the date of order processing. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and USPS service in your area.

  • Tracking Information: As soon as your order is shipped, we'll provide you with a USPS tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

Important Notes:

  • We exclusively use USPS for our free shipping service to the 50 continuous states.
  • The Fantasy Box is not responsible for delays caused by external factors or unforeseen circumstances such as weather, natural disasters, or postal service disruptions.

Returns

Due to the intimate nature of our Fantasy Boxes, the items within, and the products we sell in our store, we are unable to accept a return, even if unused. This policy is in effect for the health, safety, and peace of mind for our customers and our employees. You can have complete confidence that everything you receive will be brand new. If you feel you have received something in error, send us a photo of the item, and we will ship you a replacement free of charge.

If an item is found to be defective within 30 days of purchase, please contact our Customer Service Team at info@thefantasybox.com to let us know the issue. Please include as much information as possible. We are committed to respond within 24 hours.
